Bournemouth lost against Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League on Saturday.

The Cherries suffered a 1-0 defeat to Tottenham away from home at the Wembley Stadium in London on Saturday afternoon.
Christian Eriksen’s goal just two minutes into the second half proved to be the difference between the two sides.

Spurs goalkeeper Lloris had yet another good game, and Bournemouth boss Howe has underlined the Frenchman’s role in the win.
“Historically we have always scored goals but you have to give Lloris credit for the two saves he made, they were pivotal,” Howe told BBC Sport (17:19).

Lloris is one of the best goalkeepers in the Premier League and in the world, and the performance of the France international goalkeeper was very good.
Spurs’ outfield players such as Dele Alli, Eriksen and Harry Kane get the headlines most of the time, but Howe’s comments about Lloris are a timely reminder of just good the goalkeeper is.
The win against Bournemouth will enhance Tottenham’s chances of winning the Premier League, and will also boost their confidence of defeating Real Madrid in the Champions League next week.
