Wolverhampton Wanderers tried to sign Iuri Medeiros in the summer.

Wolves have been given a potential boost over an impressive winger they attempted to sign in the summer.
Sporting are open to a permanent sale, although would consider loan offers.

Portuguese newspaper O Jogo reported in June that Wolves were keen to sign Medeiros.
He had seemed destined to go out on loan but decided to try and fight for his place at Sporting.
Medeiros had been linked previously with Italian giants Roma, and spent last season on loan at Boavista where he scored seven goals and provided nine assists.

The 23-year-old has represented Portugal at under-21 level, but his season has not gone as he hoped.
He has made only five league appearances out of a possible 14, which have totalled just 110 minutes of football.
Wolves have enjoyed big success from their overseas buys this season and Medeiros could become another impressive capture if they follow up their summer interest.
