Sheffield United and Bolton Wanderers could face competition from Norwich City in their pursuit of Southend United midfielder Ryan Leonard, Ladbrokes‘ latest odds suggest.
The promoted League One pair have been strongly linked with moves for Leonard, along with play-off winners Millwall.
And the 25-year-old is fancied to move on this summer after informing his employers of his desire to move on [Sheffield Star].

Norwich, though, are yet to be formally credited with an interest in Leonard, and their presence on Ladbrokes’ list of likely destinations is certainly intriguing.
The Canaries could lose midfield pair Graham Dorrans and Jonny Howson this summer, making recruits likely in that department – even after the arrival of Bosnia international Mario Vrancic.

And with little more than a year to run on his contract, Leonard’s capture would no doubt align with the strict budget supposedly put into place by new Carrow Road sporting director Stuart Webber.
Nevertheless, Norwich [7/1] remain outsiders at this stage, with Sheffield United [5/2], Bolton [4/1] and Millwall [6/1] each occupying shorter odds.
