The West Ham United winger would be a fantastic addition to Sheffield Wednesday’s squad.
Popular bookmakers SkyBET have installed the Owls as surprise favourites in the race to sign Hammers flop Robert Snodgrass this summer.
The 29-year-old made the move to West Ham from Hull City in January of this year, for a fee believed to be in the region of £10 million, under the heavy pressure of being billed as Dimitri Payet’s replacement.

The Scotland international has struggled to live up to that tag, however, making just eight Premier League starts for Slaven Bilic’s side last term.
And SkyBET believe that he could very well be plying his trade away from the London Stadium next season, making Sheffield Wednesday the surprise 5/1 favourites to win the race for his signature.
The former Hull and Leeds United man would be a superb signing for Carlos Carvalhal’s side, despite his struggles this season. His technical ability, along with the fact that he is a set-piece specialist would add a certain level of potency to the Owls’ attacking play, and could make all the difference to their chances of earning promotion to the Premier League.
One potential stumbling block, however, could be the Hammers’ valuation of Snodgrass. They will surely be looking to recoup at least what they paid for him six months ago, and whether the South Yorkshire outfit can afford to lay out that kind of money is doubtful to say the least.
