SkyBET have slashed the odds on Crystal Palace signing the Aston Villa-linked goalkeeper.
Popular bookmakers SkyBET have slashed the odds on the Eagles signing Red Devils goalkeeper Sam Johnstone, who has been told he can leave Old Trafford this summer.
The 24-year-old has been heavily linked with a move to various different clubs this summer, including West Brom and Middlesbrough, according to the Mirror, with a fee in the region of £2.5 million being mooted.

He spent the second half of last season on loan with Championship side Aston Villa, and impressed with the consistent level of his performances.
SkyBET believe that he could very well main in the Premier League this season, however, despite still listing the Villans as 7/4 favourites in the race to sign him.
The popular bookies make Crystal Palace second favourites to obtain Johnstone’s signature at 9/4, ahead of Sunderland at 8/1.
The goalkeeping department is certainly one area where new Eagles boss Frank de Boer will want to improve, with Julian Speroni on the wrong side of 38, and more competition required for number one Wayne Hennessey.
And if the Dutchman manages to bring the talented young stopper to Selhurst Park this summer, it could turn out to be a signing of real significance for the south London outfit.
