Bookmakers Bet Victor have installed Crystal Palace as 4/1 joint favourites to sign Everton captain Phil Jagielka this month.

Everton manager Ronald Koeman admitted earlier in the week the 34-year-old could be on his way out of Goodison Park, with Sunderland (who 5/1 third favourites with Bet Victor) and West Ham United (4/1) both being linked with moves (Daily Mail).
Palace, though, are yet to be credited with an interest in Jagielka, and their odds certainly make for interesting reading.
The Eagles are said to have been keen on Southampton’s Jose Fonte prior to the centre-back’s move to West Ham on Friday (Daily Mail), and it is likely they could now turn to Jagielka instead.

The 40-cap England international, a regular until the middle of last year, has spent nearly a decade at Everton and has 18 months to run on his Toffees deal.
