West Ham have pulled out of the race to sign Brentford striker Scott Hogan, according to SkySports.
SkySports’ live transfer feed [23:24 30/1] states West Ham manager Slaven Bilic has decided he does not need to sign the Brentford striker as he is happy with his current options.
West Ham have been in negotiations to sign Hogan all month, and this could have a knock on effect for Leeds United, who are chasing Hammers youngster Ashley Fletcher.

The Sun reported two days ago that Leeds’ hopes of signing promising striker Fletcher rested on West Ham signing another striker, expected to be Scott Hogan.
Fletcher, 19, impressed on loan at Barnsley last season and Leeds had hoped to sign him after his Manchester United contract expired.

West Ham won the race for his signature, and have used him sporadically, mainly from the bench.
Hogan’s Brentford are in action tomorrow night against Aston Villa, putting a potentially early deadline on West Ham changing their mind over his signature.
Leeds fans will have to hope head coach Garry Monk has alternative strike options lined up, or can use his power of persuasion to still convince the Hammers that a loan for Fletcher is best for all parties, although it is likely Bilic will want the striker to continue as a back up option.
