Derby County won against Cardiff City in the Championship on Tuesday evening.

Derby County striker Nick Blackman has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s win against Cardiff City on Tuesday evening.

The Rams returned to winning ways in the Championship with a 2-0 victory over the Bluebirds away from home at the Cardiff City Stadium.

After a goalless first half, Tom Ince put the visiting team in the lead in the 55th minute.

Blackman added the second for Derby from the penalty spot with 10 minutes of normal time remaining after he was tripped by Matt Connolly, who was sent off for the foul.

The 26-year-old striker has taken to Twitter to give his reaction to Derby’s win in Wales.

The former Blackburn Rovers and Reading player has expressed his delight at the final result and at scoring.

Meanwhile, Cyrus Christie has hit back at a Derby fan on Twitter for claiming that he is the biggest mistake the club ever made.

The 23-year-old right-back has been on the books of the Rams since 2014 when he joined them after leaving Coventry City.

Derby will return to action on Saturday afternoon when they take on Reading away from home in the Championship.
