West Ham United star Dimitri Payet featured for France against Sweden in the 2018 World Cup qualifier on Friday.
Bixente Lizarazu has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to Dimitri Payet’s performance for France against Sweden on Friday evening.
Payet featured for France against Sweden in 2018 FIFA World Cup qualification UEFA Group A game at Stade de France in Saint-Denis.
The 29-year-old attacking midfielder started the match and played for the entire 90 minutes, as the home team won 2-1.

The former Marseille star scored the winner for France in the 65th minute of the match.
Former France international left-back Lizarazu was following the game, and he was impressed with the performance of Payet, stating on Twitter that the West Ham star was the best player on the pitch.
“@dimpayet17 man of the match of this #FRASUE,” Lizarazu wrote on Twitter, as translated from French. “The only dangerous passer in the first half and scorer in the second half for the final victory.”

Payet is one of the best players in the Premier League and a key figure in the current West Ham squad.
The Frenchman has not been in great form this season, as the Hammers are struggling for survival in the top flight of English football.
The 29-year-old has scored one goal and created 40 chances in nine league matches for West Ham so far this season.
