The Arsenal defender enjoyed a successful loan spell at Birmingham last season.

Bottom of the Championship table having lost four out of their last five league games, it is clear that Birmingham City need to improve significantly if they are to avoid suffering relegation to the third tier of English football.
Birmingham have been especially vulnerable defensively this season, conceding 32 goals in the league, and that is surely an issue that needs to be addressed when the transfer window opens next month.
As reported by the Daily Express, Birmingham are interested in re-signing Arsenal defender Krystian Bielik on loan, with Norwich City also monitoring the Polish youngster’s situation.

Bielik was hugely impressive for Birmingham in the second half of last season, with the centre-back producing some excellent displays before losing his place in the side following the arrival of Harry Redknapp as manager.
This season has been a frustrating one for Bielik, who had been set to go on loan again only to suffer a shoulder injury in August, from which he has only just recovered.

Bielik suffered another minor injury playing for Arsenal U23s last week but should be fit enough to head out on temporary transfer in January, and Birmingham should definitely attempt to sign him.
Previously a defensive midfielder, Bielik is composed in possession and is excellent at making precisely-timed interceptions.
Performing well out on loan would help Bielik to convince Arsene Wenger that he deserves an opportunity in the Arsenal first-team, and would also be beneficial for Birmingham.
