The talented Real Madrid youngster will be with the St Andrew’s side until the end of the season, with an option to buy.

Mohamed Airam Ramos 'Moha' looks on prior to the La Liga match between Celta de Vigo and Real Madrid at Estadio de Balaidos on January 7, 2018 in Vigo, Spain.

A number of Birmingham City fans have taken to Twitter to give their thoughts on the news that Real Madrid academy graduate Moha Ramos has joined the Championship club on loan (official Blues website).

The 19-year-old, whose deal with Birmingham contains an option to buy, joined the Bernabeu club’s academy in 2014 from Tenerife, and was named on the first-team bench when he was just 17.

Ramos went on to make his professional debut in 2018 and was on the substitutes’ bench 10 times for the senior Los Blancos side, while his continued progress at youth level saw him turn out in the UEFA Youth League and being capped by Spain’s Under-17s.

The teenage stopper has been handed the number 23 shirt by Birmingham and will initially be part of the Blues’ Under-23s but, according to Sky Sports News, the club sees him as a real prospect for the future.

Here is what some Birmingham fans wrote on the social media platform regarding Ramos’s arrival:

Birmingham have been busy this transfer window as Gary Gardner, Jayden Reid, Dan Crowley, Ivan Sunjic, Ivan Guzman and Agus Medina have all joined permanently, while Jake Clarke-Salter has also arrived on loan, joining from Chelsea.
