Championship outfit Middlesbrough have completed the signing of Ryan Shotton from Birmingham City on Wednesday.

The club have confirmed the move on their official website, and on their official twitter feed as well.

It has been a busy summer for Boro, who have gone through a massive rebuilding project under new manager Garry Monk.

Shotton becomes Monk’s ninth signing of the summer, and he is to take part in his first training session with his new teammates on Thursday.
