Birmingham City failed to win against Aston Villa in the Championship on Sunday.
Birmingham City midfielder David Davis has taken to social networking site Twitter to give his reaction to his side’s result against Aston Villa.
The Blues played out a 1-1 draw with Villa at St. Andrew’s in the Championship on Sunday afternoon.
The Villans took the lead in the derby just before the half-hour mark through Gary Gardner. The home team restored parity in the 71st minute when Davis drilled in a low, right-footed shot.
The 25-year-old midfielder has taken to Twitter to express his delight at scoring for Birmingham against Villa.
Birmingham director Panos Pavlakis has also taken to Twitter to give his reaction to the final result.


Over the course of the 90 minutes at St. Andrew’s on Sunday afternoon, hosts Birmingham had 60% of the possession, took 14 shots of which three were on target, and earned four corners, according to BBC Sport.
Visitors Villa had 40% of the possession, took five shots of which one was on target, and earned three corners, according to BBC Sport.
Birmingham are seventh in the Championship table at the moment with 24 points from 15 matches, level on points with sixth-placed Bristol City.
