Birmingham City supporters are desperate for Ravel Morrison to be handed a new contract at St. Andrews.
Birmingham City fans are urging Harry Redknapp to sign up Ravel Morrison, after his performance against Kidderminster Harriers in a friendly last night.
Although Birmingham were held to a 1-1 draw by their non-league opponents, Blues fans were impressed by Morrison’s showing in the fixture.
The former Manchester United man is only on trial at St. Andrews, but his display still caught the eye.
And Birmingham fans now are encouraging Redknapp to finalise a deal to bring Morrison in on a permanent basis.
Morrison’s talent has rarely been doubted, but his attitude has been questioned before.
However, Morrison looked committed throughout for the Blues last night and could prove to be an excellent addition.
Morrison is still under contract at Lazio, but the Italian side are unlikely to stand in his way if Birmingham make them an offer.
Redknapp’s side’s season gets under way, when they take on Ipswich Town in Championship action.
