The Blues have dropped from challenging for the play offs under Gary Rowett to fighting for survival, after Giafranco Zola’s disastrous time in charge.
Birmingham’s defeat to Villa has done little to improve the mood around St. Andrews either, with time now running out for Redknapp to save his new team.
Birmingham are now just two points above the drop zone, with just only games left to play this season.
