Former Nottingham Forest midfielder Robert Tesche has joined Championship rivals Birmingham City on a free transfer.

Birmingham City fans have taken to social networking site Twitter to give their reaction to the signing of Robert Tesche.
The former Nottingham Forest midfielder has joined City on a free transfer, as announced on the club’s official website.
The German midfielder has moved to the Blues on a three-year contract, signing a deal until June 2019.

Tesche has moved to City on a free transfer following his release from Championship rivals Forest at the end of the 2015-16 campaign.
The 29-year-old played at St. Andrew’s Stadium during a loan spell in 2014-15, scoring two goals in 12 appearances in the process.
The German is a good player, who is skilful on the ball and can shoot from distance.

Tesche suffered with injury problems at Forest last season, but he still managed to score one goal in 25 appearances for the Reds.
The midfielder scored one goal and created 12 chances in 22 Championship matches for Forest during the 2015-16 campaign.
