Dimitri Payet no longer wants to play for West Ham United, Slaven Bilic has confirmed.
Don Hutchison has suggested that West Ham United should get rid of Dimitri Payet, after it emerged that he wants to leave the London Stadium.
Slaven Bilic confirmed at his press conference this morning that Payet no longer wants to play for West Ham.
At the moment, the Hammers are suggesting that they will keep hold of Payet – as they do not want to sell him.
However, Hutchison feels that West Ham should accept whatever money that they can get for Payet and move him on.
Payet only moved to West Ham in the summer of 2015, and he was a revelation in his first season at the London club.
The French international shone as West Ham put together a very impressive campaign last term.
However, his form has dipped this time around, and Bilic has confirmed West Ham fans’ worst fears that their star man wants a move away.
Payet has been linked with a host of Europe’s top clubs recently, with Marseille currently considered his most likely destination, if he does leave the Hammers.
