West Ham United will face Stoke City at the London Stadium in the Premier League on Saturday.

West Ham United manager Slaven Bilic has suggested in The London Evening Standard that he is not going to make too many changes against Stoke City.

The Hammers will return to action on Saturday afternoon when they take on Stoke at home in the Premier League.

Bilic has suggested that other than not involving defender Winston Reid, he will try to keep the same team that lost 2-0 to Everton away from home at Goodison Park in the league last weekend.

“We have to make one change because Winston Reid is suspended and is injured anyway but I would like to keep the same system if possible because it has worked really well,” the West Ham manager wrote in The London Evening Standard.

“Diafra Sakho is back in full training this week — and we are going to see for the weekend with him. I am not saying he won’t be involved but we know after this match we have two weeks of training before the next one.”

West Ham were in decent form before their defeat to Everton, and it would make sense for Bilic not to change the system.

The Hammers are 17th in the Premier League table at the moment with just 10 points from as many matches.

The London outfit are just three points above the relegation zone and are still in danger of going down to the Championship.

Stoke are currently 12th in the standings with 12 points and are in good form.

The Potters will head into the match against West Ham on the back of a 3-1 victory over Swansea City at the Bet365 Stadium in the Premier League.
