Jordan Rhodes is yet to score for Sheffield Wednesday this season.

It is safe to say Sheffield Wednesday striker Jordan Rhodes has not lived up to expectations this season.
The Owls forward joined permanently from Middlesbrough in the summer after his loan move was made permanent, but has struggled to get into the side.
Rhodes has played in 10 games this season, but only two of them have been starts.

Rhodes has an average rating of 6.13, making him one of the five lowest ranking players in the division.
The only two strikers with a narrowly lower rating than Rhodes are Sheffield United’s Ched Evans (6.07) and Bolton loanee Adam Armstrong (6.10).
Both of them have performed poorly, but Rhodes’ struggles should command more attention given the fact he cost his club a fee of £10 million [BBC].

He played 45 minutes against Bolton at the weekend, a 2-1 loss in which he managed only 12 touches.
The impressive form of Sheffield Wednesday forward Gary Hooper has restricted Rhodes’ opportunities, but he has not done enough with the 311 minutes of football he has played this season.
Rhodes has no goals, one assist, and one yellow card, and is not giving Carvalhal reason to give him a more prominent role.
