Former Tottenham striker Mido believes Harry Kane has made an error.

If anyone was best placed to try and provide an objective view on the Golden Boot race debate between Mohamed Salah and Harry Kane, then it is former Premier League ace Mido.
Mido played for Tottenham Hotspur and retains plenty of admiration for the club, while he is also a champion of fellow Egyptian Salah.

Harry Kane was yesterday awarded Tottenham’s second goal against Stoke City, closing the gap in the Golden Boot race with Salah, cutting his lead to four goals.
Kane had disputed the goal which was first given to Christian Eriksen, claiming he got a slight touch, which the Premier League eventually agreed with.
Kane clearly felt he did touch the ball, and did not want to have any regrets.
He is fiercely competitive and his drive to succeed has helped him get where is. If he had missed out on finishing top scorer by one goal, it would have eaten away at him for months.
But Mido raises a very good point, that Liverpool’s free-scoring team will be going the extra mile to tee up Salah to hammer home his advantage from here on.
