Yannick Bolasie has responded to Raheem Sterling’s post on Instagram after the Premier League match between Mauricio Pochettino’s Chelsea and Pep Guardiola’s Manchester City at Stamford Bridge.

The former Everton winger seems to have been impressed by Sterling and Chelsea.

Former Chelsea and England international defender John Terry has also praised Sterling.

So, what is being said about Chelsea attacker Raheem Sterling?

What’s the story?

Well, Chelsea played out a 4-4 draw with Manchester City at Stamford Bridge in London in the Premier League on Sunday.

Raheem Sterling was one of the better players on the pitch.

The £325,000-a-week (Spotrac) found the back of the net in the 37th minute and was a constant threat against his former club City.

As you can see below, former Everton winger Yannick Bolasie is among those who were impressed with Sterling.

Chelsea are 10th in the Premier League table.

Mauricio Pochettino’s side have picked up 16 points from 12 matches.

Chelsea are 10 points behind London rivals and fourth-placed Tottenham Hotspur.

Raheem Sterling starting to do well for Chelsea

I do not think that Raheem Sterling had the best of campaigns last season.

Sterling was expected to be a star for Chelsea after joining from Manchester City in the summer of 2022.

The former Liverpool winger was a goal machine at City, but the 28-year-old failed to replicate those performances for Chelsea last season.

Sterling scored six goals and gave three assists in 23 Premier League starts and scored three goals and provided one assist in eight UEFA Champions League starts.

Things are starting to look better for the Chelsea no. 7 this campaign.

Sterling has scored four goals and provided one assist in 11 Premier League League starts for Chelsea.

In my opinion, Chelsea will not challenge for the Premier League title this season, but the Blues are certainly in the running for the top four.
