West Ham United fans generally appear enthused by suggestions that Bournemouth striker Joshua King is on their radar.
The Telegraph say that West Ham want the Cherries’ front-man, and are now in talks to sign him before the domestic transfer deadline.
King would add pace and creativity to West Ham’s attack if he was to join.
And there is a widespread feeling around the London Stadium that he could be a strong addition.
King would immediately face a fight for his place if he was to arrive at West Ham, as David Moyes’s attack is starting to take shape.
Jarrod Bowen, Pablo Fornals and Michail Antonio have all been in good form so far this season, so dropping any of the trio would be harsh.
King could be a useful recruit for the Hammers though as he offers cover in multiple positions.
King has the ability to play out wide or though the middle, and would give David Moyes plenty of options to pick from going forward.
