Marcelo Bielsa has confirmed to Leeds Live that Mateusz Klich has taken a knock, after he was substituted off in Leeds United’s game against West Bromwich Albion.
Klich was withdrawn midway through the second half with a thigh issue, with Jamie Shackleton coming on to replace him.
Leeds are yet to do an assessment on Klich’s injury, but Bielsa has confirmed the Polish international was nursing a problem when he came off the pitch.
“Knock on the thigh, but not evaluated any further,” Bielsa said.
Leeds will, of course, be hoping that Klich’s injury problem is not a severe one.

Klich has done well to avoid injury for numerous seasons now, and he has become one of the first names on their teamsheet.
Thankfully for Leeds the game was wrapped up before he was taken off last night.
Klich was removed when Leeds were 4-0 up in the contest, and they ultimately went on to score again before full-time yesterday, to put a gloss on the scoreline.
