Leeds United have two massive games coming up and the first of those comes against Crystal Palace on Tuesday evening.

The Whites are hovering dangerously close to the relegation zone and with an incredibly tough run of fixtures coming up, Leeds need to pick up points this week against Palace and Brentford.

The Yorkshire club certainly have enough about them to get the better of Palace. After all, they claimed a number of big scalps last season, but they need to get their gameplan spot on heading into this congested festive period.

With that in mind, we’ve had a go at predicting Marcelo Bielsa’s starting XI for this one.

Leeds’ last game was only three days ago, so we think that there may be some rotation here.

However, with the Whites struggling with an injury crisis, there aren’t wholesale changes to this team, with only three players dropping out.

Illan Meslier retains his place in goal, but there are two changes to the back four as Jamie Shackleton and Pascal Struijk come in.

Adam Forshaw drops out of the midfield. The 30-year-old has only recently come back from a two-year spell on the sidelines, so two games in three days may be too much for him to handle.

Therefore, Stuart Dallas partners Kalvin Phillips in the midfield.

Raphinha and Jack Harrison retain their spots on the wings, while Tyler Roberts comes in after a bright cameo against Brighton.

With Patrick Bamford still out of action, Rodrigo keeps his place up top.
