
Some Tottenham fans on social media have been reacting after The Athletic reported that Daniel Levy is now having another look at his original shortlist of potential Jose Mourinho replacements.
It’s been two months since Spurs parted ways with the former Manchester United boss, and while they’ve seemingly been linked with every single manager on the planet, it seems as though their search is right back to where it started.
Indeed, Levy has now reportedly had the bright idea of once again looking at his original shortlist, with names such as Erik Ten Hag and Graham Potter being mulled over.
Ten Hag has previously been turned down by Tottenham after he failed to impress them in a meeting, while Potter had Brighton fighting relegation last season.
Going back to the original shortlist seems like another backwards step in this hunt for a new manager, and as you can imagine, Tottenham fans weren’t best pleased with this.
The fact of the matter is that Levy should have already had this sorted weeks ago, and it seems as though we’re still no closer to Spurs appointing a new manager.
