The West Ham United ace could be heading to Liverpool, according to the bookies.
Popular bookmakers SkyBET have slashed the odds on Hammers ace Manuel Lanzini signing for the Reds, listing the Merseyside outfit as the new odds on favourites in the race for the Argentine’s signature.
The 24-year-old joined West Ham permanently from Al Jazira in the summer of 2016, having spent the previous season on loan in east London, and he has firmly established himself as a fan favourite.
The diminutive attacking midfielder has showcased his talent on a regular basis, with his tight ball control and expert vision proving to be pivotal to the Hammers’ attacking play.
West Ham will, of course, be desperate to keep hold of Lanzini, with the threat of relegation looming large for David Moyes’ side, but popular bookmakers SkyBET believe that he might be heading for an exit from the London Stadium this month.
Whether Lanzini is the man to fill Philippe Coutinho’s shoes at Anfield remains to be seen, but he would be a useful signing for Jürgen Klopp nevertheless.
