Arsenal and Chelsea are leading the race to sign the Napoli man, according to the bookies.

According to popular betting company BETVICTOR, Arsenal have been installed as the joint favourites in the race to sign Napoli centre-back Kalidou Koulibaly this summer.
Unai Emery has begun his tenure in earnest at the Emirates, bringing four new faces into the club already, but many believe the Spaniard needs to sign another centre-back, what with Per Mertesacker’s retirement and Laurent Koscielny not expected to return until the new year.
And Koulibaly would be just the ticket.
BETVICTOR list Arsenal as the 4/1 favourites alongside Chelsea in the race to sign the Senegal international, ahead of Manchester United at 6/1 and Tottenham at 8/1.

Chelsea have been heavily linked with a move for the 27-year-old Napoli defender, with the Sun reporting that the Blues are willing to pay £88 million to secure his services this summer.
Good signing for Arsenal?

Standing at 6ft 5in tall, Koulibaly is physically imposing and strong in the air. He is also quick along the ground, and possesses all of the attributes required to be a real success in the Premier League.
Obviously the reported fee of £88 million will be a difficult one for the Gunners to match, and they would undoubtedly have to sell first before they even considered bringing the Senegalese ace to the Emirates.
If Emery does manage to bring Koulibaly to north London, though, what an incredible signing it would be for Arsenal.
