The 16-year-old midfielder has played for the Tottenham first team this season, but the youngster is essentially an Under-23 player.
The teenager was in action for the Spurs Under-23 side, and he did well, as the North London club won 4-1 against Liverpool at Tottenham Hotspur Stadium.
The youngster scored for Spurs in the second half, as the home team won the Premier League 2 game 4-1.
Some Tottenham fans were impressed by the display from Devine and have raved about him on Twitter.
Below are some of the best comments:

Devine is only 16, and it is clear that he is still not ready to play for the Tottenham first team on a regular basis yet.
The midfielder is doing well for the Under-23 side, and for now, that is where he needs to develop his game and progress.
The fact that Devine is only 16 and playing for the Under-23s shows the progress he has already made, and one should not be surprised if in the coming years he becomes a big player for the Spurs senior side.
