Some Tottenham Hotspur fans on social media have been fawning over Harvey White after he was nominated for the PL2 Player of the Month Award.
Spurs’ U23s have been something of a force in the PL2 this season. Last month we had fans full of praise for Dilan Markanday after he won this award, and this time around, it’s White’s turn.
Tottenham’s first-team may have faltered at times this season, but the U23s have been consistently brilliant, and Spurs supporters think it may be time for some of them to be given a chance.
Who knows? With a reported covid outbreak in the camp and a dead rubber Europa Conference League game on the horizon, perhaps some of these young players will get an opportunity.
If Spurs are looking to promote any young players, then you have to imagine that White would be near to the front of the queue. After all, he’s been incredible as of late.
The midfielder grabbed three goals and two assists in November for the U23s, and he absolutely deserves this nomination.
