Everyone knows that Arsenal’s Aaron Ramsdale is a brilliant keeper.

The Englishman joined Arsenal in a £30 million deal from Sheffield United last summer and has proven himself one of the Premier League’s finest shot stoppers.

Without Ramsdale, the Gunners certainly wouldn’t be challenging for Champions League qualification like they are.

However, it turns out that the 24-year-old is not only a talented goalkeeper, but a brilliant footballer in general.

The Emirates Stadium outfit are away in Dubai at the moment on a warm weather training camp.

And earlier on Sunday, Arsenal posted footage of Ramsdale in training, with the big man showcasing his finishing ability as he found the net with consumate ease time and again.

Here’s how some Arsenal supporters are reacting to the footage on Twitter today:

There were many more fans joking that Ramsdale could be the striker that Arsenal are desperately needing.

Mikel Arteta and Edu have failed to sign Dusan Vlahovic – who signed for Juventus this week – and although Alexander Isak was spotted in London on Saturday, it isn’t linked with a transfer to the North of the capital.

With around 26 hours left in the transfer window, it seems unlikely that the Gunners will be signing a number nine, unfortunately for them and their top-four chances.

As a consequence, the defence could be massive during the second half of the campaign, meaning that Ramsdale will have to shelve his aspirations for an outfield role at the moment and concentrate on doing what he’s best at: stopping goals.
