Things are looking pretty rosy for Huddersfield Town fans currently, as after their Championship playoff final victory over Reading they now have some more good news.
That is because manager David Wagner, who masterminded their promotion to the Premier League in 2016/17, has signed a new contract with the club.

The Terriers will be playing in the top flight of English football for the first time since 1972 as of next season, a competition that they dominated in the 1920s with three successive title victories.
However, much has changed since then and Wagner leading them to the top tier once again during his first year in charge was considered a massive achievement against the odds.

With the German’s agent, John Morris, previously revealing that his client had received offers from Germany and England following his success at Huddersfield, fans were concerned he could leave over the summer.
So they are understandably delighted with this development and have taken to Twitter to express it.
