Roy Keane has lavished praise on reported Liverpool target Kylian Mbappe.
Speculation about the Reds bringing Mbappe to Anfield simply refuses to die.
As recently as October, Marca in Spain reported that Liverpool were in the conversation to sign the 23-year-old.
There continues to be uncertainty surrounding his future at Paris Saint-Germain, who will be desperate to keep him amid these show-stealing World Cup displays.
Mbappe has fired France to a World Cup quarter-final, where England await on Saturday.

And Keane has labelled the young Frenchman as the world’s best player. He told The Overlap’s World Cup Meet Up: “Kylian Mbappe’s the best player in the world, although I think England’s attacking players will get a bit of joy.”
Better than Haaland?
The only other player comparable to Mbappe right now in terms of goalscoring is the Norway international.
But you have to say, the reported Liverpool target is probably better.
As an all-rounder, there’s nothing Mbappe can’t do and although the same nearly applies to the Manchester City hitman, as an athlete you’d have to edge the vote to the France international.
Whether Jurgen Klopp and Fenway Sports Group can afford him is another matter entirely, but there’s no denying that if he leaves the French capital, Liverpool will be in the conversation.
