It’s little wonder that Arsenal are still reportedly interested in signing Dominik Szoboszlai.
It was reported during the summer transfer window that the Gunners were keen on bringing the 19-year-old sensation to North London.
And although a move never materialised, Football London reported last week that Arsenal were still keeping tabs on the Hungarian winger.
And it’s really no surprise.
That’s because the Red Bull Salzburg sensation scored a wonder goal in his side’s Champions League opener against Lokomotiv Moscow last night.
Just before the break, Szoboszlai equalised by collecting a pass on the edge of the box following a corner, before curling home a lovely dipping effort, via the crossbar.

The bad news for the Emirates Stadium side is that there’s another three months until we hit January, by which point Szoboszlai’s stock could and probably will be a lot higher.
Arsenal appeared to have a free hit with Aouar and Thomas Partey – who they eventually signed – in the sense that no other club showed a major interest.
But that probably won’t be the case with this kid as time goes on.
