Speaking on talkSPORT’s YouTube channel, Troy Deeney has named Harry Kane as the best finisher in world football.
The Watford striker was choosing his perfect player from a number of key attributes, and he picked Kane as the best finisher in the world.
“We’re starting off with our feet first, the best finisher I will go with Harry Kane,” Deeney said.
“He’s great finishing with his right and left foot, he hits the ball probably better than anybody in world football at the minute.”
That’s an absolutely massive shout from Deeney.

Kane is certainly up there with the best finishers in world football, after all, he is a two-time Premier League Golden Boot winner as well as a World Cup Golden Boot winner.
It’s not just Kane’s finishing either, his ability to strike a ball is second to none as well, as shown by his ridiculous assist tally so far this season.
We’re not going to argue with Deeney’s view that Kane is the best finisher in world football, but perhaps the likes of Lionel Messi, Erling Haaland and Robert Lewandowski would have something to say about it, not that they’re likely to be listening to talkSPORT on a daily basis.
The fact that Deeney picked Kane as the best finisher in the world is a testament to just how talented he is, and if he continues scoring at this rate, he may well be on track to win a third Premier League Golden Boot award.
