Ben Davies has brilliantly shared that Sergio Reguilon is already ‘better than a few’ of his Tottenham teammates at cricket despite his lack of knowledge on the sport, as he told his press conference.

In recent weeks, Tottenham have been sharing clips of their players, such as Harry Kane, Joe Hart and Dele Alli enjoying a game of cricket in their gym,

The England Cricket players are always enjoying a game of football before a game, so it’s great to see the footballers doing the opposite.

Spain is more known for its Bullfighting rather than its cow corner, so it isn’t a surprise that Reguilon has looked perplexed at what the game entails, but saying that, Davies shared the left-back hasn’t needed any tips.

“Not really [given Reguilon any tips on cricket],” said Davies. “He’s come in and he has had a go. I think he is better than a few others already.”

The likes of Hart and Kane would have channelled their inner Ben Stokes or Jofra Archer when trying to either hit the ball to all parts or knocking the stumps off.

Footage did actually emerge of Hart cleaning Kane up with a brilliant delivery which Mitchell Starc would have been proud of.

Either way, all of this stems well for Tottenham on the pitch because the players are building an even stronger bond with one another.
