Arsenal fans really don’t like an image of Alexandre Lacazette seemingly playing as a number 10 in training.

Arsenal were pictured having a practice match ahead of their game against Molde tonight, and Lacazette was snapped playing in an attacking midfield role.

Whether he was being trialled there by Mikel Arteta as the Spanish boss feels he can play there in a match, or simply filling in in the position in training, remains to be seen.

But Arsenal fans have suggested that the £46 million Frenchman (BBC Sport) would not be a good option to start as their side’s playmaker.

Arsenal have really struggled to create this term, so it would be understandable if Arteta was keen to experiment.

Lacazette has been badly out of sorts when leading the line, and he has struggled for goals.

Pierre Emerick Aubameyang was utilised in a more central role at the weekend, but even he could not get on the scoresheet, as Arsenal were held by Leeds United.

Whether Lacazette will start tonight in Norway is uncertain currently, as Arteta has tended to rotate his side in the Europa League this season.
