
Arsenal fans are excited over claims that Mikel Arteta has decided to try and bring Dennis Bergkamp back as a coach.
The Sun suggests that Arsenal want Bergkamp to replace Freddie Ljungberg, as Arteta looks to put some of the club’s legends back together.
Bergkamp is said to be eager to join Arsenal again, and would ‘jump’ at the chance to move.
The news has been greeted with delight by many Gunners fans, who are eager to see one of the club’s biggest legends of recent times brought back to the Emirates Stadium.
Bergkamp’s coaching career so far has been spent at Ajax, where he worked as an assistant manager for six years between 2011 and 2017.
If he does sign, he could join a coaching set-up which is tipped to help Arsenal back to past glories.
