Some Leeds United fans on social media are over the moon after hearing the club are set to offer Stuart Dallas a new contract.
The Belfast Telegraph report that Dallas is in line for a new deal, and as you can imagine, this has sparked something of a reaction from the Leeds fanbase.
It could be argued that Dallas has been Leeds’ Player of the Season so far this term. He’s played in every single league game so far, and he’s been absolutely unbelievable.
The Northern Irishman has taken to life in the Premier League like a duck to water, scoring seven goals this season, including a memorable brace against Manchester City earlier this month.
The report states that Dallas’ £20,000 a week wages will be at least doubled, and you’d be hard pressed to find a United fans who wouldn’t see that as value for money.
Fingers crossed we get an official announcement on Dallas’ new contract sooner rather than later.
