Arsenal fans are delighted after hearing that Kieran Tierney and Thomas Partey are both set to be back fit again shortly.
Football London have reported that Partey and Tierney should make it back for Sunday, when Arsenal are set to take on Leeds United.
And the two pieces of good news ahead of the weekend have provided Arsenal supporters with some much needed cheer.
Partey’s availability is obviously great news, as the 27-year-old’s class has been clear in almost every game he has played since arriving from Atletico in the summer.
It is Tierney’s return which may just be the best bit of news for Arsenal fans, though.
Tierney gives Arsenal far more attacking threat and aggression down the left than his replacement, which has been Cedric in recent weeks.
The Scot has been sorely missed and against such a dangerous opponent as Leeds his return could be key.
