Besiktas are reportedly looking to re-sign Everto’s Cenk Tosun on loan in January.

Turkish outlet Takvim claim Besiktas are to step up their bid to re-sign Everton attacker Cenk Tosun on loan in January – and it could see him form a new striker partnership with West Ham United’s Chicharito.
Since joining Everton in the previous January transfer window for a staggering £27.5million, Tosun has managed just 26 appearances for the Merseyside outfit – scoring only seven goals.
Tosun is admired by Besiktas fans after firing them towards the last 16 of the Champions League before leaving, as well as helping the club win two SuperLig titles during his time with the club.
Indeed, he clocked up a huge 142 appearances for Besiktas, scoring at a ratio of more than one goal every three games by finding the back of the net 64 times.
But with Everton boasting the likes of Dom Calvert-Lewin, Richarlison and Oumar Niasse, Tosun has been limited to just five Premier League starts this season. It could see him tempted by a return to Besiktas.
Indeed, Besiktas are desperate to land him on loan but are also reportedly keen on another Premier League striker that could see the Turkish side form a mouth-watering partnership up front – in Chicharito.

Turkish outlet Fanatik have claimed that the 30-year-old Mexico international is also a loan target, and that Besiktas’ president is due to fly to London to discuss a move for the ex-Manchester United striker.
Combining Hernandez and Tosun up front could see Besiktas take the SuperLig by storm once again.
