West Ham United striker Javier Hernandez is reportedly on the radar of Besiktas.

It has been reported that Besiktas are now ready to talk with West Ham over the signing of Hernandez in the January transfer window.
The Turkish giants reportedly want to sign the former Manchester United striker on loan in January and are prepared to offer €1 million (0.88m).
West Ham United departure
Hernadez is struggling for playing time at West Ham at the moment, and it is hard to see the former United striker establish himself as a regular in manager Manuel Pellegrini’s side in the coming weeks.

While the Hammers do need to have some of the quality of the 30-year-old in their squad, for the striker himself, playing regularly would be much better than warming the substitutes’ bench.
The Mexico international striker has made just two starts and six substitute appearances in the Premier League for West Ham so far this season, scoring one goal in the process, according to WhoScored.
