Besiktas striker Cenk Tosun is reportedly wanted by ten clubs.

Besiktas club official Metin Albayrak has told Turkish-Football that ten clubs are in talks over signing striker Cenk Tosun – a target for Newcastle United and Tottenham Hotspur.
Tosun, 26, came up through the ranks with Eintracht Frankfurt before heading to Gaziantepspor in 2011, where he notched 44 goals and 23 assists in 122 games.
Since making a move to Turkish giants Besiktas in 2014, Tosun has become a goalscoring sensation, scoring 17 goals in the 2015-16 season and 24 goals last term too.
Tosun has started his season in a similar vein, scoring four times in nine games in all competitions, whilst he even has five goals in his last nine caps for Turkey as he attracts major interest.
The Daily Mail recently reported that Tottenham Hotspur have been scouting Tosun ahead of a possible move to sign him, with Mauricio Pochettino still keen on more attacking reinforcements even after signing Fernando Llorente on deadline day.
Crystal Palace and Newcastle United are also thought to be keen on Tosun, as Palace unsurprisingly line up strikers for January having failed to score in the Premier League this season, whilst Newcastle still need competition for Joselu in attack.
All three clubs may be keen to sign Tosun in January, but they appear to be facing competition from up to seven other clubs, at least according to Besiktas club official Metin Albayrak.
Albayrak has been quoted by Turkish-Football as saying that ten clubs are in direct talks with Besiktas about signing Tosun in January, who just keeps getting better and better as he continues to find the back of the net.
“He just keeps getting better, the more he scores the more confident he gets and he just keeps on working and trying to improve,” said Albayrak. “Right now 10 clubs are in direct talks with us,” he added.
