Ryan Kent joined Steven Gerrard’s Glasgow Rangers from Liverpool in the summer transfer window.
Ryan Kent of Rangers
Rangers secured the services of Kent from Premier League giants Liverpool on transfer deadline day for a fee reported by The Sunday Post to be worth £7 million.
The 22-year-old winger spent the 2018-19 campaign on loan at Rangers and was one of the best players for the Gers.
Former Rangers and Netherlands international defender Konterman believes that the signing of winger Kent was a good move from the Gers.
Another player that Rangers signed from Liverpool in the summer transfer window is Sheyi Ojo, who moved to the Gers on a loan deal.
SFA performance director Malky Mackay worked with the 22-year-old winger at Wigan Athletic, and he has backed the youngster to be a success at Rangers.

Konterman told The Sunday Post: “The arrival of Ryan Kent is a massive boost. What a nice surprise for everyone at the football club to get him from Liverpool on the final day of the transfer window.
“He has cost millions of pounds, but he should prove to be good value. He is a match-winner. I like him. He is an exciting and creative footballer.”
Mackay told The Daily Record about Ojo: “He’s got fabulous ability at his feet, he’s quick and he’s a great lad as well. It’s a terrific move for him.”
Good signing for Rangers
Both Kent and Ojo are talented young wingers with skills and pace, and the duo will make Rangers more potent this season and will enhance their chances of winning the Scottish Premiership title.
