The Tottenham Hotspur player scored while on loan at Schalke at the weekend.

Tottenham Hotspur midfielder Nabil Bentaleb scored his first goal since joining Schalke on loan in a 1-1 draw with Augsburg on Saturday as his upturn in form continued.
The Algeria international has come in for criticism after a shaky start to his temporary spell in the Bundesliga. However he followed up recent assists in matches against FC Koln and Borussia Monchengladbach with a fine strike last time out.

Bentaleb slipped down the pecking order at White Hart Lane and after Tottenham’s summer transfer business it was no surprise to see him move out on loan, with Victor Wanyama and Moussa Sissoko adding even more quality to an already impressive midfield.
It remains to be seen what the future holds for Bentaleb, who at 21 still has years ahead of him before he reaches his peak.

After the match the Tottenham player took to Twitter to express his delight at his goal and fans of both his parent club and his temporary home replied, with mixed messages as you can see below.
