Ben White has sent a two-word message to Olly Casey on Instagram.
After the Leeds No.49 posted a photo of himself in action, White replied: ‘Miss you’.
The 19-year-old then replied to the defender’s message with: ‘Miss you too mate.’
According to Sky Sports, the Brighton centre-back was the subject of three rejected bids during the transfer window, as the Seagulls constantly rebuffed Victor Orta’s attempts to re-sign the Englishman.
Orta’s third and final bid for the Poole-born player was worth £25 million according to Sky Sports, and was the last offer before Leeds decided to pursue SC Freiburg’s Robin Koch instead.
They eventually landed the Germany international in a £13 million deal.

White enjoyed a simply stunning season-long loan stint at Elland Road last term as Marcelo Bielsa’s men won the Championship by ten points.
The 22-year-old played in all 46 games for the Yorkshire-based outfit, scoring a goal and assisting two more while winning many admirers.
The Daily Star reported back in August that Premier League champions Liverpool were plotting a move for White, and faced competition from Chelsea for his signature.

Having signed Koch, and also Spain international Diego Llorente for £22 million, it appears as if Bielsa and Orta were able to move on from missing out on the classy centre-back.
However, White is clearly still in contact with those he grew close to at Elland Road.
