Ben White only had to tweet a compilation video out, and that was enough for the responses from Leeds United and Brighton & Hove Albion fans to flood in.
Leeds are battling hard to sign White from Brighton on a permanent deal, but they are struggling to get a move over the line.
The Sun suggest that Leeds have made a £35 million bid for the 22-year-old, but Brighton want a staggering £50 million for the centre-back, as they rate him so highly.
White has been very quiet over his future so far, and his social media activity has been very limited.
But the stylish defender did take to Twitter yesterday, and he was greeted with plenty of responses from both Leeds and Brighton supporters.
If White does sign for Leeds it would be a major boost for Marcelo Bielsa’s side, but it is easy to see why Brighton want to keep him.
White was one of the standout players in the Championship last term, and his ability in possession means that he should be a great fit for Graham Potter’s system.
Leeds will surely have to make a decision on whether to push even harder for White soon, or look at alternative targets.
Leeds currently have very limited options at centre-back, and they will surely want a player signed in that position sooner rather than later.
