Marcelo Bielsa made a brilliant substitution for Leeds United on Saturday.

Ben Parker has told LUTV that Leeds United boss Marcelo Bielsa deserves a ‘massive thumbs up’ for his side’s dramatic winner on Saturday.
Bielsa’s side twice came from behind to beat Millwall 3-2 at Elland Road to move second in the Championship this past weekend.
Pablo Hernandez poked home an 83rd-minute winner from close range for his second of the game.
Earlier in the second half, Bielsa had brought centre-back Pontus Jansson off in a merry-go-round which led to the Spanish playmaker ending the game as Leeds’ number 10.
And former Whites defender Parker believes that Hernandez’s positioning for the winner directly stems from the masterstroke that the Argentine boss made.
He told LUTV: “Thumbs up to Bielsa as well because he made the change with Pontus coming off and put Phillips in the centre-half position.
“That freed up Pablo going into the central areas. He might’ve been stood on the right-hand side for this goal [the winner] if Pontus was still on the pitch.”
It was a brilliant day for the Elland Road club, whose rivals Sheffield United also lost 3-2 at home to Bristol City.
That allowed Leeds to move back into the second automatic promotion spot with a two-point cushion ahead of the last seven games of the season.
