Ibrox side Glasgow Rangers have been linked with Motherwell’s Ben Heneghan, with Pedro Caixinha thought to be a fan.
Ben Heneghan comments to The Scottish Sun make him sound like the perfect addition for Pedro Caixinha’s Glasgow Rangers’ side.
Caixinha has constantly spoken about how he wants to make sure his Rangers side play with far more aggression next season.
The Portuguese boss feels that Mark Warburton’s style, which promoted a more possession-based approach, needed to be switched up if the Ibrox side were to be more successful.

And one of Caixinha’s big issues is that lack of aggression in Rangers’ play.
As a result, Motherwell defender Heneghan’s comments will be like music to the ears of the 46-year-old boss.
Speaking to The Scottish Sun earlier this season, Heneghan said: “Neil [McCann] told me that being a big centre-back I had to be aggressive.
“He said he knew it was my first day, but if I could clatter someone then I should go and clatter them.
“He told me to go and make them realise who I was. That’s sort of stuck with me. I’ve gone through a few here at Motherwell as well!”
According to the Daily Record, Rangers are preparing a £500,000 bid for Heneghan at the end of the season.
And earlier today, Motherwell boss Stephen Robinson admitted that his side would be powerless to resist if Rangers did make such an offer, offering the Ibrox side hope that a deal could be done in the near future.
