Ben Gladwin has made just six Championship starts for Queens Park Rangers since signing.

Ben Gladwin has admitted on Swindon Town’s official website that he has found things frustrating ever since signing for Queens Park Rangers 18 months ago.

Gladwin left Swindon to join QPR in the summer of 2015, but his move to Loftus Road has not worked out as hoped.

The attacking midfielder has failed to make the grade at QPR, with his first-team chances very limited.

Gladwin has made just six Championship starts in over a year and a half with Rangers, and appears to have no future at Loftus Road now.

Ian Holloway sanctioned a deal to allow Gladwin to join Swindon on loan until the end of the season.

And the 24-year-old attacking midfielder said: “It has been a frustrating eighteen months since I left here because I’ve not been able to string together too many games back-to-back, so I want to come here and play as many games as possible until the end of the season and find myself again.”

Gladwin has already been loaned to Swindon and Bristol City by QPR.

He has made a positive impact at Swindon before, and this will be his fourth stint with the Robins.

Swindon are currently in 19th place in the League One table – just four points above the drop zone.
