West Bromwich Albion took many by surprise over the summer by landing Grzegorz Krychowiak on a season-long loan deal.
Grzegorz Krychowiak
Ben Foster has told West Brom’s official website that Grzegorz Krychowiak is a fantastic player and one that has provided the puzzle piece for their squad that has eluded them for years.
Krychowiak took many by surprise during the summer transfer window as he left Paris Saint-Germain for The Hawthorns on a season-long loan deal.

The 27-year-old brings a wealth of experience with him, having featured in the Champions League, Europa League – which he has won twice – La Liga and Ligue 1, as well as in the international arena with Poland.
And Foster has expressed his delight at having a player of Krychowiak’s quality playing alongside him, adding that he was hugely impressed with his performance in the goalless draw with West Ham on Saturday.
“I thought Grzegorz was fantastic on Saturday,” he told the club’s official website.
Tony Pulis
“He’s very calm and collected, which is something we haven’t always had in our team.
“He’s a player we’ve been missing in recent years.
“You can see he’s a lovely player and we have Gareth Barry alongside him who is also a fantastic player.”
As Foster suggested, the holding midfielder was very good against the Hammers, and his display was arguably one of the few positives to emerge out of their defeat to Brighton last weekend.
And Tony Pulis will be hoping that he can continue to impress during his year with West Brom as, with the Poland international in form, the Baggies stand a much greater chance of impressing this term.
